Lincoln High Volume Stub Pump Sets New Standard for Heavy Duty Transfer and Dispensing Applications

Lincoln Raises the bar for stub mounted transfer pumps with the new 85922 high volume pump tube. In combination with PowerMaster® air motors this new pump tube offers a wide range of options to provide needed volume and pressure for high output transfer and multi reel dispense systems.

Large ports reduce resistance for improved flow in real world applications
6” stroke lets the pump work easier to deliver the same or more volume
Proven PileDriver® III pump tube and PowerMaster® III Air Motor based design is durable, dependable and easy to maintain over the life of the pump
2.5” NPTF (F) and 3” NPTF (M) inlet offers flexible mounting options

Upgrade prevents pump damage due to excessive back pressure caused by conditions like thermal expansion.

Many PMV oil pumps are installed in systems that are at high risk forexcessive thermal expansion pressure. High risk systems have long supply lines that carry the oil through various temperature ranges. An example would be a system pumping 55oF oil from an underground tank through a room that may be 75oF at ground level but may be 90oF or higher across the ceiling runs. Thermal expansion can easily generate 5000 PSI against the pump or other components that would normally see no more than 1000 PSI. The heart of the PMV pump was taken directly from Lincoln’s PowerMaster® III family of pumps. PowerMaster® have long been the choice for the most

severe operating conditions. With this upgrade Lincoln has adapted the outlet check feature from the PowerMaster® pump line to prevent these excessive pressures from reaching the PMV pumps. The high flow ˝” NPT check is easily installed between the pump outlet and the fluid hose.
