The Lincoln Centro-Matic®
Auto Lube System was installed on a coil spring machine
with over 60 lube points greased on timed cycle to deliver
precise amount of grease.
Many of the point are very difficult to reach by hand and
would require partial
disassemble of the machine to do lubrication. This machine
has run several years
with no lubrication failures.
This machine starts with a roll of steel and through a
bending process makes springs.
