Lincoln Auto Lube System on a Coil Spring Machine
A Lincoln Centro-Matic® Auto Lube System was installed on a
coil spring machine to deliver
precise amounts of grease to more than 60 lube points on a timed cycle.
Many of the points
are very difficult to reach by hand and would require partial disassembly
of the machine to
lubricate them. The unit has operated for several years with
no lubrication failures.
This
machine begins with a roll of steel wire and through a bending process,
produces springs.
