In a Quicklub®
system,
lubricant can be supplied either manually, with a grease
gun, or through a fully automated system using electric
or pneumatic pumps and progressive metering valves. More
than a drilled manifold block, the SSV metering valve
incorporates a series of metering pistons, which
accurately dispense lubricant from each outlet. Visual
monitoring is provided with an indicator pin, which
confirms a valve has completed a full cycle.

The new Quicklub®
15-L reservoirs
have the capacity to meet the trends of today’s longer
equipment maintenance intervals. Construction,
agriculture, and mobile equipment are being fitting with
components allowing the machines to be in service for
longer durations without scheduled maintenance. The
15-Lreservoir, almost double the capacity of the 8-L
Quicklub®
pumps, allows longer, uninterrupted operation
with reliable and dependable lubrication from Lincoln’s
industry-leading system. The Quicklub®
15-L reservoirs
are equipped with a stirring paddle mechanism to prevent
grease separation when not in use for long periods, much
like today’s 2-L, 4-L, and 8-L models. The 15-L also has
special reservoir support brackets and base to
adequately endure the extra weight and height, even when
subjected to off-road vibrations. There are over 200
systems installed and running successfully in Europe.

SSV-D:
Easy adjustment of lubricant output with Lincoln
metering screw technology. SSV-D metering devices are
adjustable per outlet pair, thus enabling lubricant
requirements to be better met. The metering occurs
within the block via metering screws that are available
in ten different outputs (sold separately). The outputs
of the progressive metering device can be easily set,
even after installation. Simply put in a different size
metering screw! Tedious reassembly of entire metering
device segments is a thing of the past. The SSV-D can be
integrated into systems using standard SSV metering
devices. Both metering device types also use the same
components such as piston detector and outlet closure
plugs. (Models 649-29535-1, 649-29545-1, 649-29536-1,
